As your concierge provider, we will work with you and eClinicalWorks© (eCW) to compliment your current eCW support contract to help relieve stress, save you time, and simply get your issues resolved.
Call or email us with your issues and we will gather the details needed 1 for troubleshooting and open a ticket with eCW on your behalf 2. We will field return calls from eCW technicians and provide them with further details about the issue as needed. We can even provide them with a connection to your server 3, or other workstations 4, reducing interruptions to you and your staff. Our goal is to keep your practice operating efficiently to minimize the impact on your time and resources.
